Salary: $100,200–$148,320 per Year

What you will do

  • Facilitate the go-to-market process from initial concept through to final integrated and lifecycle planning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, team allocations, and work-back schedules.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
  • Track and manage the GTM Marketing Budget and actuals, including agency expenditures.
  • Operate a central system for tracking creative assets and monitoring legal usage rights and expiration dates.
  • Coordinate logistics and dependencies for campaign events and activations with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a program or project management role, preferably within a marketing team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience with asset management systems.
