What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders and managers across business areas.
• Coach managers on performance management, organizational change, and people development.
• Manage complex employee relations ensuring full compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Oversee workforce and succession planning to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and supporting business growth.
• Champion company culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Permanent right to work in the UK is mandatory.
