Sr. AI Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end enterprise AI platforms for scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Define frameworks for model lifecycle management, MLOps/LLMOps, AI observability, and production operationalization.
• Establish Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, compliance practices, and technical guardrails.
• Drive platform-level technical decisions and translate AI strategy into production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide model, platform, framework, and architecture selection.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the enterprise AI roadmap and platform strategy.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in data science and AI, including leadership in enterprise-scale AI platform design and operationalization.
• Expertise in enterprise AI platform architecture, MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle management, and AI observability.
• Deep understanding of Responsible AI, governance, compliance, GenAI architectures, LLMs, and AI orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing enterprise AI Centers of Excellence or platform teams.
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, AI agents, and reusable AI architecture patterns.
• Experience with business intelligence, reporting automation, and mentoring cross-functional AI teams.
• Data science, advanced analytics, cloud architecture, or AI platform engineering certifications.
