What you will do

• Drive product strategy for claims and revenue capture, from eligibility checks through to adjudication and appeals.
• Identify and eliminate revenue leakage across the cycle, including missed charges and denied claims.
• Design the patient benefits experience to simplify insurance navigation and reduce billing confusion.
• Scale provider credentialing and onboarding to accelerate payer-readiness and minimize revenue gaps.
• Rapidly prototype flows and data spikes using AI tools like Claude Code and Codex.
• Lead end-to-end delivery by writing crisp specs, running discovery, and defining success metrics.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience in operationally complex, data-rich product areas.
• Must be based in NYC or SF and able to work on a hybrid rhythm.
• Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
• Fluency in AI-assisted product work for prototyping and data exploration.
• Strong design sense and ability to deliver high-polish UX and copy.
• Proven track record of moving key business metrics like revenue, margin, or conversion.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech, specifically with revenue cycle management (RCM), claims, billing, or payer integrations.
• Experience building B2C surfaces or working within multi-sided marketplaces.
