What you will do

• Own the engagement strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across connection, coordination, and safety surfaces.
• Identify and ship high-impact initiatives to increase L5+ frequency and broaden multi-circle participation.
• Define and implement the engagement metric framework to prioritize bets and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Growth teams to convert acquisition into durable, long-term member engagement.
• Lead experimentation at various scales, from rapid hypothesis testing to large-scale strategic bets.
• Operate as an AI-native PM, leveraging AI for research synthesis, spec drafting, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consumer product experience with a proven track record of driving engagement at scale.
• Strategic ownership at the director level, having managed products with tens of millions of users.
• Deep expertise in growth-shaped instincts, including activation, virality, and onboarding.
• Strong proficiency in quantitative experimentation and the design of metric frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Design, and Growth as a senior IC.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
