What you will do

• Develop algorithms and systems to turn disparate data points into objective answers for clients.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs and identify critical information gaps.
• Build and optimize data pipelines within technical and administrative constraints.
• Conduct exploratory data analytics to solve complex data-driven problems.
• Provide deep analysis and understanding of data to support informed strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in coding-based data analysis using Python, Pandas, R, or SQL.
• 2+ years of experience using statistical analysis frameworks such as Tableau, SAS JMP, QLIK, or Palantir.
• Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and system architectures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in geospatial data analysis (GeoPandas, Shapely, pyproj, ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Proficiency in web data extraction using Python with Playwright and lxml.
• Experience deploying code in disconnected or classified environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced coding tools like Cursor and Windsurf.
• Top Secret clearance or a Master’s degree.
