What you will do

• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to define metrics and evaluate business impact.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand product adoption and customer engagement.
• Develop company-wide metrics and contribute to analytics best practices.
• Iterate quickly on data solutions based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing data models and pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with dataframe libraries such as pandas or polars.
• Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt.
• Comfort working with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, RDS).
• Ability to design scalable, performance-oriented data systems.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B healthcare product analytics.
• Knowledge of quantitative methods, including regression and causal inference.
• Experience utilizing AI coding agents and LLMs in development workflows.
