What you will do

• Design scalable and future-proof target architectures for core banking platforms.
• Translate complex banking processes into robust solution designs using hirify.global products.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients on modernization, cost efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps.
• Provide coaching to team members and lead architectural initiatives.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or software, specifically in solution or enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in delivering transformation or modernization programs in commercial or retail banking.
• Deep expertise in transactional banking domains, including deposits, lending, and account management.
• Strong understanding of modern banking technology stacks and cloud transformation.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in South Africa.
