What you will do

• Engage with prospects, customers, and sales teams to understand core banking requirements and transformation challenges.
• Translate complex banking processes into scalable solution designs and architectures based on hirify.global products.
• Lead target architecture design for modernization programs and complex business problems.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and align solutions with strategic objectives, innovation opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
• Advise customers on modernization, cost efficiency, and effective use of hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on product roadmaps and coach team members through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or software companies, ideally in solution or enterprise architecture, technology transformation, or SAP Banking implementation.
• Experience delivering complex transformation or modernization programs in commercial or retail banking.
• Deep knowledge of transactional banking domains, including deposits, lending, account management, product engines, and regulatory processes.
• Strong understanding of modern banking technology stacks, integration architectures, and cloud transformation.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
