Senior Solutions Architect, Growth (Central)

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside in Dallas, Texas. Travel expected 25–50%.

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
• Guide prospects and customers through adoption and expansion of hirify.global in production environments.
• Build application prototypes and provide design, development, deployment, and operational guidance.
• Advise on distributed systems, application patterns, platform architecture, security, reliability, performance, and cost management.
• Partner with Account Executives and Platform Architects on new opportunities and expansion account plans.
• Identify technical risks and support complex enterprise evaluations.

Requirements

• Experience as a strategic technical advisor to sales teams and enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, design principles, and production best practices.
• Proficiency with one or more supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and commonly used enterprise application and infrastructure services.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Must reside in Dallas, Texas, United States; willingness to travel 25–50% is required.

• Experience in FinTech or financial services.
