SAP Solution Architect & Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Define end-to-end SAP solution architectures, target architectures, and S/4HANA transformation roadmaps.
• Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, solution assessments, fit-gap analyses, and architecture reviews.
• Design integration approaches across SAP and non-SAP applications, including data migration and master data strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and architecture governance standards.
• Support estimations, proposals, pre-sales, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Mentor consultants, developers, and project teams on SAP best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3+ years as an SAP Solution Architect.
• Strong experience across multiple SAP modules and business processes, with SAP S/4HANA architecture expertise.
• Experience leading SAP implementation, migration, or transformation programs and designing enterprise integration solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, including engagement with executive teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, SAP RISE migration programs, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• SAP Architecture or SAP Professional certifications.
• Industry experience in aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, public sector, or financial services.
