What you will do

• Drive customer-facing engagements to uncover opportunities and position banking solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into high-impact solution designs.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to ensure compelling, value-based proposals.
• Create and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management to integrate successful pilots into the product roadmap.
• Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers to demonstrate technological and business value.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in banking technology, software vendors, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of banking processes such as deposits, cards, and payments.
• Proven track record in solution design and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• German language proficiency is highly preferred for DACH engagements.
• Familiarity with SAP or other core banking systems is a plus.
