What you will do

• Drive strategic expansion and development of the firm across professional, structural, and personnel dimensions.
• Lead consulting focus areas including digital, ERP, and IT transformation.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex digitalization programs for high-profile clients.
• Execute market development strategies to acquire new clients and ensure high satisfaction.
• Expand existing client relationships through active cross-selling and up-selling.
• Represent the firm in sales processes by leveraging professional network and content expertise.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally at a leading international management consultancy.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and project management experience in IT or business process areas.
• In-depth industry knowledge in Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, or Consumer Industries & Logistics.
• Negotiation-level German and English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region and Europe.
