What you will do

• Conduct remote customer operational and systems analysis to identify improvement opportunities and draft detailed proposals.
• Design hardware and software specifications based on analysis results.
• Utilize data analytic tools to help customers improve key performance factors.
• Develop and execute solution deployment strategies and project plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client retention and identify new product opportunities.
• Assist in the design and development of marketing plans and campaigns for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in information technology, business analysis, project coordination, technology consulting, or technical sales.
• Professional experience working within a bank or credit union.
• Proven customer service experience in a financial or technical role.
• Must be based in the US (excluding California).
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship (H-1B, PERM, etc.).
