What you will do

• Act as a technical bridge between asset design engineers and sales to shift from reactive quoting to a consultant-driven model.
• Manage demand by filtering digital backlogs and conducting deep-dive engagements to craft bespoke technical proposals.
• Support the Stage-0 pipeline to identify upselling opportunities and expand market share.
• Enable sales and channel partners through site visits, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and mentoring Application Engineers.
• Lead technical knowledge transfer via "Qualitrol Day" sessions and create reusable playbooks and application notes.
• Drive the execution of the USA Center of Excellence and partner with OEM engineers to influence specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial, OEM, engineering advisory, or sales leadership.
• Strong background in substation and Asset design, specifically focusing on Transformers.
• Proven expertise in solution selling and diagnosing complex technical problems.
• Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, to track opportunities and revenue.
• Must be based in CMX, Mexico.
