What you will do

• Assist Project Managers with logistical tasks, budgeting, and client management.
• Monitor safety, costs, and scheduling for local and national construction projects.
• Coordinate materials, change orders, and prepare construction bid packages.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, daily logs, and certificates of insurance.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to prepare shop drawings and submittals.
• Build relationships with clients and trade partners to enhance project procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work varying shift times (nights/weekends) and navigate precarious worksites.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have

• Prior construction experience.
• OSHA certification.
• Effective project management skills.
