TL;DR

Intern - Product Expert (SaaS): Supporting care providers using the Found CRM platform with an accent on issue resolution, knowledge base expansion, and AI Agent improvement. Focus on bridging the gap between customers and the product team by translating real-world friction into product enhancements.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - requires two core office days

Salary: £30,000 (pro rated for three-month internship)

hirify.global is creating an AI operating system for social care designed to unlock profitability for care providers and simplify the process of finding care.

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for partners via live chat and email, managing tickets through to resolution.
  • Serve as the human escalation point for complex queries that the AI Agent cannot solve.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base by writing help articles to close content gaps.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs to be handed over to Engineering and Product teams.
  • Analyze ticket patterns to feed real-world friction back to the team for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to be clear, warm, and concise.
  • Technical curiosity and a natural aptitude for troubleshooting software.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and remain calm under a busy queue.
  • Alignment with the mission to elevate later-life care for vulnerable people.
