What you will do

• Handle technical requests via web and email support channels.
• Conduct professional and empathetic conversations to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical obstacles.
• Submit bug reports to the Engineering team for issues requiring attention.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to serve as a product expert.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
• Participate in internal projects to improve support processes and tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, England.
• 2+ years of experience in technical customer support for SaaS enterprise software.
• Experience with web development, REST APIs, and database management.
• Working knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, Swift, Ruby, or Python.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience supporting open-source projects and GitHub communities.
• Experience with Shopify or Magento.
