What you will do

• Lead complex product transfers into CM factories, including multi-site and global programs.
• Define manufacturing architecture, line design, and capacity plans aligned with cost and quality targets.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and lead validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and GR&R.
• Manage production ramp performance, yield, and throughput through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, yield, and cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proven track record in product transfer, industrialization, and factory setup.
• Experience working with contract manufacturing (CM/EMS/CDMO).
• Expertise in PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills for ambiguous environments.
