TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be available for 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time)

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle account and membership-related inquiries with a focus on customer retention.
  • Resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems.
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while handling back-to-back contacts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Must submit a video recording introducing yourself via Google Drive.
  • Technical requirements: Windows 10/11 PC (no MacBooks), verified static IP, USB-connected headset, and dual monitors.
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
  • Reliable computer hardware capable of running a virtual desktop.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer retention roles.
