What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle account and membership-related inquiries with a focus on customer retention.
- Resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while handling back-to-back contacts.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Must submit a video recording introducing yourself via Google Drive.
- Technical requirements: Windows 10/11 PC (no MacBooks), verified static IP, USB-connected headset, and dual monitors.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
- Reliable computer hardware capable of running a virtual desktop.
