What you will do
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and other written channels professionally and promptly in German.
- Resolve issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the company's standards and brand voice.
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to the broader team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (hard requirement).
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent professional written German skills.
- Availability to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri).
- Ability to work remotely and independently within a structured team environment.
