What you will do

  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs, coordinating input from various internal stakeholders.
  • Write clear, compelling, and commercially sharp proposals across recruitment, managed services, SOW, and consulting.
  • Create pitch decks and presentation materials for shortlisted client opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a bid content library, including case studies and reusable capability statements.
  • Develop practical sales enablement tools such as battle cards, solution summaries, and qualification frameworks.
  • Support client-facing activity, including discovery sessions, bid Q&A, and shortlist presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong bid, proposal, or commercial writing experience within a complex B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex services into simple, compelling client-facing narratives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, delivery, operations, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
  • Confidence in supporting client-facing conversations and presentations.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with managed services, SOW, consulting, or workforce solutions.
  • Interest in using AI, automation, or specialized bid tools to improve efficiency.
