TL;DR

Sr. AR Dispute Analyst (Finance): Resolving customer disputes and optimizing accounts receivable (AR) balances with an accent on branch-level escalations and B2B collections. Focus on collaborating with management to expedite payments, solving billing problems, and preparing legal packages for delinquent accounts.

Location: Must be located in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX

What you will do

  • Review disputed AR balances and engage branch and region management to expedite resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Manage frontline collections for the most impactful and problematic customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Account Managers to drive necessary action items.
  • Partner with Billing Supervisors to resolve problematic billing and implement long-term solutions.
  • Support the issuance of service suspension notices and final demand letters to non-paying customers.
  • Prepare comprehensive legal packages for placement with attorneys to improve collection success rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience with B2B customer interactions and/or training in collections.
  • Experience in the elevator industry or a similar service-related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret business contracts, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to management consulting or private equity roles.
  • Experience working in environments responsible for delivering strategic initiatives.
