TL;DR

Associate Director, Solution Development (AI): Developing and enabling AI-informed, client-centric solutions to improve seller confidence and win rates with an accent on AI-enabled capabilities and technology-forward offerings. Focus on translating complex offerings into clear value propositions, creating scalable solution frameworks, and optimizing the sales lifecycle through AI-enabled insights.

Location: Hybrid (In-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site in the United States)

Salary: $144,000 – $233,280

What you will do

  • Lead the development of solution frameworks, playbooks, and pitch content incorporating AI-enabled capabilities and data insights.
  • Partner with Advisory, Tax, and Audit leaders to shape market-ready solutions that demonstrate how AI improves client outcomes.
  • Translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions and outcome-driven narratives for executive buyers.
  • Own and refine a portfolio of selling tools, including solution overviews, demos, and proposal modules.
  • Analyze win/loss insights and pipeline trends to identify gaps and improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Coordinate across Sales Excellence and Marketing to accelerate the readiness and time-to-market for new solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solution development, or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling complex solutions incorporating AI, technology, or data-driven capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of professional services selling and executive-level client expectations.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complexity into compelling narratives and influence matrixed teams.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to adhere to a hybrid work model.
