Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 Agile Marketing Product Owners, coaching them on standards and delivery execution.
- Translate plastics product strategy into actionable team-level roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile routines, including backlog refinement and sprint feedback, to drive predictable delivery.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and vendor partners to drive platform integrations.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers tied to integration or process gaps.
- Track and communicate delivery KPIs such as sprint velocity, capacity utilization, and on-time compliance delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of experience with card ecosystem platforms and marketing system designs.
- 3+ years of product ownership or product management experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery in regulated environments.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; the company will not sponsor employment visas.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- MBA or specialization in finance or technology.
- Experience with TSYS, First Data, or Fiserv.
- Familiarity with Adobe or Salesforce marketing workflow tools.
- Proven track record of scaling Agile practices within marketing or operations teams.
