Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage daily, monthly, and yearly unit sales quotas and gross profit objectives.
• Sell financing, insurance products, and extended warranties to customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with various finance sources.
• Conduct sales meetings and provide on-the-job training for sales staff.
• Oversee paperwork for titles, liens, and taxes to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate pre-delivery processes with the Service Manager.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug tests, and credit reports.
• Valid driver license.
• 2-3 years of dealership F&I experience (preferred).
• Experience with luxury or import brands (preferred).
• Proficiency in JMNA, CDK, and Darwin systems (preferred).
