What you will do

• Inspect and process all lease returns procured by the dealership.
• Provide a VIP experience to loyalty customers to ensure repeat business.
• Utilize CRM, OEM Financial platforms, and retention-specific sites for processing.
• Track guest contact and communicate outcomes to the management team.
• Schedule appointments for pre-inspections and new vehicle test drives.
• Assist the sales department and managers with additional operational tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive sales department.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform heavy physical activity, including walking and moving vehicles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background, MVR, drug, and credit checks.
