hirify.global is rebuilding claims processing for insurance companies to deliver optimal claims outcomes through high-standard product and operational improvements.

What you will do

  • Build and manage the end-to-end events program, including sponsored events, owned roundtables, and industry conferences.
  • Develop the annual events strategy, defining target events and success metrics.
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and targeting with the sales team to attract senior buyers.
  • Design and oversee the on-site and post-event experience to drive pipeline progression.
  • Create the content suite for events, including briefs, leave-behinds, and follow-up sequences.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics while building scalable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in event or field marketing, preferably in B2B with enterprise or financial services buyers.
  • Proven track record of owning an entire events program from strategy to execution.
  • Strong strategic ability to justify event selection and align them with business goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for credible representation in front of senior buyers.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or enterprise sales.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for pre- and post-event amplification.
  • Experience building hosted dinner or roundtable programs from scratch.
