What you will do

• Develop scalable and user-friendly features for the Admin Portal across both client and server sides.
• Build and maintain internal tools used daily across the organization.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and the implementation of engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous code reviews and testing.
• Execute complex, multi-phase projects within a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience (or 5+ with an advanced degree) in fullstack development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with a compiled language such as Go, Java, C, or C++.
• Hands-on experience implementing GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong English and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes.
