Forward Deployed Software Engineer (Fullstack): Leading enterprise-level technical implementations of clinical AI platforms and EHR integrations with an accent on full-stack application development and system architecture. What you will do
- Lead technical integration strategy and execution for enterprise health system clients.
- Develop automation frameworks and internal tooling to increase implementation velocity.
- Design and execute end-to-end testing plans for complex production integrations.
- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies for the engineering team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and data science teams.
- Manage technical specifications and project implementation plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of forward-deployed engineering experience.
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience (React, Typescript).
- Proven experience creating and presenting technical design proposals and test plans.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) in production.
- Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SMART on FHIR applications and EHR system integrations.
- Knowledge of Health IT interoperability standards.
- Previous experience working with enterprise-level customer agility requirements.
