What you will do

• Lead technical integration strategy and execution for enterprise health system clients.
• Develop automation frameworks and internal tooling to increase implementation velocity.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing plans for complex production integrations.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies for the engineering team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and data science teams.
• Manage technical specifications and project implementation plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of forward-deployed engineering experience.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience (React, Typescript).
• Proven experience creating and presenting technical design proposals and test plans.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) in production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SMART on FHIR applications and EHR system integrations.
• Knowledge of Health IT interoperability standards.
• Previous experience working with enterprise-level customer agility requirements.
