What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack clinical AI modules in production.
• Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to build production-grade applications and AI agents for testing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI insights into clinical workflows.
• Develop comprehensive automated end-to-end tests to ensure platform integrity for enterprise health systems.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline.
• 3+ years building and maintaining scalable full-stack applications with modern front-end technologies (React and TypeScript preferred).
• 3+ years developing and deploying end-to-end applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or cloud storage.
• Experience with AI coding tools across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience handling ambiguity in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI/ML products in healthcare or startups.
• Cross-functional work with clinicians on workflows and functionality.
• Experience with health data, EHR integration, and health IT standards.
