What you will do

• Plan and execute all entertainment activities, including equipment purchasing and transportation.
• Act as Master of Ceremonies and Host for game shows, pool events, and theme nights.
• Develop and implement new games and entertainment ideas to enhance guest experience.
• Manage in-house marketing and advertising for events via fliers and phone blasts.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans for all events.
• Analyze guest satisfaction through surveys and direct feedback.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid FL State Driver’s License.
• Experience as an emcee or host in hotels, resorts, or cruise ships is preferred.
• Strong improvisational and microphone skills with a theatre background.
• Ability to stand for 90-100% of the shift and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and a non-smoker.
