Salary: $165,000 – $272,500

What you will do

• Perform due diligence and advise clients on complex M&A tax implications, liabilities, and strategies.
• Assess federal and state tax implications of transactions and execute tax integration for acquired entities.
• Design and prepare acquisition transaction steps and incorporate tax structuring advice from various jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop teams of consultants and future practice leaders.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements and provide issue resolution support.
• Identify and secure opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion with existing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A tax advisory or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading and developing professional teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required based on client location.
• Must be based in one of the specified US office locations for a hybrid work arrangement.
