What you will do

• Lead and provide oversight for multiple tax engagements and client portfolios.
• Review complex tax returns, planning strategies, and advisory deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients on complex tax matters and structuring.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate tax managers and engagement teams.
• Support business development, client retention, and firm growth initiatives.
• Contribute to firm-wide technical guidance and risk management efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex tax engagements and multiple client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH.
