Salary: $110k–$120k per year

What you will do
- Lead the onboarding process for new med spa partners to ensure seamless implementation.
- Deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions tailored to aesthetic services.
- Customize training materials to align with the unique needs of each merchant.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on patient financing products, addressing partner concerns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across med spa organizations.
- Track training activities and partner performance metrics within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or training.
- Experience in the med spa or aesthetics industry is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools.
- Must be based in California.
- Ability to commit to 100% travel (in-state and out-of-state).
