Tax Intern (Finance)

What you will do

• Perform reconciliations of VAT accounts to identify discrepancies between fiscal and accounting data.
• Clean and integrate VAT G/L accounts to ensure balances are accurate.
• Generate accounting journals in Excel under the supervision of a VAT Tax analyst.
• Support the VAT Tax team in responding to SAT requirements or audit requests.
• Extract and organize data from the SAP accounting system.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (desirable).
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP (desirable).
