What you will do

• Conduct a two-hour AI training session for small businesses in August.
• Adapt presentation styles to diverse business owners with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences using participant-provided devices and digital materials.
• Manage group dynamics and ensure sessions remain on track and within timeframes.
• Collect participant feedback via electronic surveys and submit session reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate facilitator, trainer, or workshop leader.
• Must be located on the Big Island (Hawaii) and able to commute to the delivery site.
• Demonstrated AI knowledge exceeding that of a typical small business audience.
• Experience with Google AI tools and platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting to groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, HR, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating soft skill development (communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence).
• Experience in leadership competencies training (coaching, delegation, strategic thinking).
• Facilitation experience in Project Management or Design Thinking.
