What you will do

• Plan and deliver high-quality professional learning sessions across virtual and in-person formats using adult learning principles.
• Provide job-embedded coaching to help educators integrate hirify.global tools into their classroom goals and instructional planning.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, targeting a CSAT of 95% or higher.
• Act as a product expert, demonstrating solution features and sharing actionable implementation recommendations.
• Handle administrative duties, including session documentation, invoicing, and availability management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience delivering professional learning, training, or coaching to educators or similar professional audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and physical environments.
• Must be based in the USA (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, California, Texas, or Nationwide) to enable onsite delivery.
• Availability for high work volume during the back-to-school season (late July through mid-September).
