TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA (Hybrid office-first culture).

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Oversee all administrative functions within Salesforce, including user access management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline pipeline efficiency and improve forecasting processes.
  • Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys using Agentforce Revenue Management.
  • Align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies, including journey orchestration and data segmentation.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure high data quality across all records.
  • Conduct training sessions to maximize end-user adoption and proficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified: Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven experience with Agentforce Revenue Management or similar billing applications.
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in an office-first hybrid environment.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado.
  • Familiarity with Juro (Contract Generation) and Everstage (Commissions).
