What you will do

• Develop and lead the regional planning vision aligned with the 3Cs (Communities, Culture, Connections) approach.
• Oversee the creation and execution of data-driven media plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Act as a senior consultant for regional and local clients, influencing media strategy and investment decisions.
• Manage end-to-end multi-market campaigns and oversee quality control and output.
• Lead and mentor a regional planning team of 5 people and coach local planners across markets.
• Drive adoption of WPP Open and other cutting-edge AI tools to standardize planning and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in media planning with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing media planning teams.
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable media plans that drive growth.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex strategies to senior leadership.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Regional, multi-market European experience is preferable.
