What you will do

• Own the end-to-end acquisition analytics pipeline and analyze funnel performance across channels and geographies.
• Architect measurement frameworks and develop robust Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) models.
• Design and execute geo-tests and experimental methodologies to validate growth hypotheses and ensure business uplift.
• Translate complex data analysis into actionable recommendations for growth teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Proactively improve tracking infrastructure, data quality, and automated reporting systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Deep hands-on expertise in building MTA and MMM methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for modeling work.
• Experience with BI tooling (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and web analytics.
• Must be based in Cyprus or Spain.

Nice to have

• Background in Fintech or high-growth B2C/B2B SaaS.
