What you will do

• Lead the analysis of operational and product data to drive strategy and growth across the acquiring platform.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs and product adoption.
• Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies or settlement discrepancies in transactional datasets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define event tracking and data collection standards.
• Identify inefficient workflows and implement automation through scalable analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Strong proficiency in SQL for deep data diving.
• Experience with data visualization through Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex operational metrics into clear business insights.
• Experience working in fast-paced fintech environments.
