What you will do
- Develop comprehensive program plans for multi-channel eCommerce programs, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Maintain rigorous organizational standards and document actionable follow-ups using project management tools.
- Influence cross-functional teams by providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Allocate resources effectively and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor program progress, track milestones, and manage changes to scope or timelines.
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and KPI achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in project or program management, preferably within licensing or ecommerce.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, Google Apps for Business, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be based in the United States to support a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in eCommerce operations with expertise in Shopify Plus ecosystems and Amazon marketplaces.
