What you will do

• Identify and penetrate new organizational pockets and regional teams within AWS and Salesforce to expand hirify.global's reach.
• Establish high-trust relationships with partner stakeholders by acting as a subject matter expert and peer.
• Master the internal mechanics and incentives of AWS and Salesforce to position hirify.global as the preferred partner for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to create actionable, co-marketed solutions.
• Cultivate mindshare among partner field teams to generate a continuous loop of warm, inbound opportunities.
• Manage the operational requirements of partner management and oversee alliances across all global regions of operation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10+ years of experience navigating the AWS and/or Salesforce ecosystems.
• Proven track record of opening business avenues through thought leadership and strategic alignment rather than aggressive sales.
• High business and technical IQ, with the ability to discuss cloud architecture, AI, and Agentic transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed partner environments.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Eastern Time zone).
