• Report to an Operating Partner while maintaining full operational authority.
• Act as the primary executive voice for board members and investors.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a product-led SaaS leader and commercial operator.
• Experience owning P&L for a B2B SaaS organization or business unit.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated success shipping AI-embedded product capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading an organization through a meaningful inflection point, such as product repositioning or pricing redesign.
• Ability to drive measurable improvements in net revenue retention and pricing power.
