What you will do
- Perform field inspections to verify that construction work complies with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage quality control/assurance records, including inspection reports and compliance documentation.
- Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and pay applications for accuracy and conformance.
- Monitor construction schedules to identify risks, conflicts, or delays and report deviations.
- Process change orders and prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design engineers and contractors to resolve technical field issues and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of construction supervisory experience.
- OSHA Training certification.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces.
Nice to have
- Experience with water treatment plant or pump station design and construction.
- Experience with concrete field testing and inspection.
- Proficiency in document control systems such as Procore, e-Builder, or Projectmates.
- CCM (Certified Construction Manager II) certification or EIT/PE licensure progress.
