Construction Manager (Water)

What you will do

• Perform field inspections to verify that construction work complies with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage quality control/assurance records, including inspection reports and compliance documentation.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and pay applications for accuracy and conformance.
• Monitor construction schedules to identify risks, conflicts, or delays and report deviations.
• Process change orders and prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design engineers and contractors to resolve technical field issues and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• OSHA Training certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces.

Nice to have

• Experience with water treatment plant or pump station design and construction.
• Experience with concrete field testing and inspection.
• Proficiency in document control systems such as Procore, e-Builder, or Projectmates.
• CCM (Certified Construction Manager II) certification or EIT/PE licensure progress.
