What you will do
- Develop technical solutions for wastewater reclamation projects across government, energy, and industrial sectors.
- Serve as a technical advisor to design teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle from planning to commissioning.
- Lead business development activities, including pursuit strategies and proposal development.
- Mentor and supervise engineering staff to build best-in-class technical capabilities.
- Ensure project execution and safety performance through joint accountability.
- Stay current on industry trends to inform growth strategies and maintain brand leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal background checks and drug screens.
- Professional registration or licensure in the home office country, or be in active pursuit of such registration.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable industry standards.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Overland Park, KS.
