What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from receiving documents to offer acceptance.
  • Screen application documents and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct personal and video interviews with HR and specialist departments.
  • Negotiate contractual details and issue employment contracts.
  • Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a successful start.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition or professional recruiting.
  • Ability to evaluate technical and professional qualifications against job requirements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating multi-step hiring processes.
