What you will do

• Manage novelty listings and implement innovation programs via the Assortment Management Tool.
• Maintain detailed assortment reports, addressing gaps and performing item delistings.
• Coordinate the creation and adjustment of vendor data within the internal database.
• Develop and monitor promotions and animations for global and regional brands using the A&P Tool.
• Track and report assortment and promotion KPIs to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to advise on brand rollouts and promotional go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, category management, and/or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Must be located in or able to work from the Miami Office.
