What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products.
  • Lead executive business reviews with C-level and senior stakeholders to align goals and roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of global partners.
  • Analyze platform data to identify performance gaps and design corrective initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on partner needs.
  • Onboard new partners and monitor health metrics to proactively resolve performance risks.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success within the tech, travel, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence and mobilize senior C-level leadership to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence for high-stakes conversations.
  • Must be based in Montréal or Québec, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience specifically in Travel, E-commerce, or SaaS industries.
