What you will do

• Drive intricate and time-critical projects from strategy to real-world impact
• Synthesize data to identify KPIs and trends that translate into actionable insights
• Implement advanced analytics and financial modeling
• Conduct market research and assessments
• Assist in diligence, negotiation, and implementation of transactions including vendors, partners, and M&A
• Collaborate and communicate results with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA with presence 3+ days/week
• 10+ years of relevant experience in startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong critical thinking, project management, and business judgment
• Experience with strategic and operational initiatives and financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, dynamic startup environments

• Prior people management or general management experience
